10月頭の日曜日。普段は中々いかない八街でラーメンをしばく。どうやらこちらが人気店とあっていざ訪問。
お店到着は14時手前、先に券を購入するタイプの仕組み。そのため、先に店内で券を購入するも、、、ん？、店内はカウンター、テーブルともに空席が、空いてるじゃないか。でも、なぜ、外で待たせるのか？数人、それこそ10人近くが外で待っているのが、意味不明。空いている席に通すべきでは？？
もしや、もしや、わざわざ外にお客さんを待たせて、混んでいる風を演出しているのか？？ならぶほどの味ではないのでかなり、不思議な入店方式。空いてる席がたくさんあるなら、外でお客さんをたたせるのではなく一刻も早く入店させてほしい。残業。
なんか変な気持ちになりつつも、順番が来て店内に入りラーメンをススル。味はまぁまぁ、濃いめの味付け、ただ、出るまでにやや時間がかかって長かったかな。味は普通といったところか。若者はかなり好きなこってり感かも。ご馳走さまでした。
