銚子市で一日楽しんだ後に伺いました。
最近、銚子市では鯖を推しているそうな。
鯖好きとしてはぜひ楽しんでみたく訪問。
〇鯖寿司 800円
4貫で800円。
配膳されたときの鯖寿司がだいぶ雑に配置。
写真用に並べ替えましたが、ちょっと残念。
鯖寿司は鯖に対してご飯の量が多く感じました。
味は良かったですが。
〇鯖漬け丼 1,430円
さて、メイン鯖漬け丼。
鯖漬け丼のほかに茶碗蒸し、味噌汁、小皿が２つ。
鯖漬け丼は肉厚な鯖が本当に美味しい。
ねっとりとした食感の鯖漬け。
これはご飯がすすむ～～。
鯖漬け丼美味しかった～～～。
銚子の名物として鯖が流行っていくのかな。
鯖好きとしては、いろいろなお店を回ってみたいです(*^-^*)
