ホテル内にあるため、ホテル地下駐車場からお店のある階へ移動。
コロナ禍であったがどうしても銚子の寒サバが食べたくて来訪。
40半ばを迎える自分からしたら母親くらいの女性が丁寧に接客し店内まで案内してくれた。
寒サバの説明にも、力入りすぎず、抜きすぎずの手頃な説明。
鯖料理尽くし3600円を注文。
肉厚で臭みもなく、このレベルの鯖に恥じないラインナップです。
この色みのこの鯖にケチつけられる人ってなんだろう。
刺身、胡麻サバ、押し寿司で文句無し！
日本酒飲みながら楽しんで泊まりたかったが、そんな風潮でもなかった時期でした。
