I entered the store right after it opened at 5pm on a Saturday night. I overlapped with the group and headed towards the back. I thought it was Izakaya (Japanese-style bar), but it turned out to be a Japanese-style meal restaurant with Sushi counter. However, the menu is a strange combination of mackerel dishes. I had the Choshi Gozen (2,400 yen), which mainly consisted of mackerel Sushi, and draft beer so that it wouldn't be the same as lunch. It's a filling meal that comes with Tempura mackerel Sushi, sardine tempura for one, fishball soup and chawanmushi. Mackerel Sushi is average. The large sardine Tempura was delicious.
