久しぶりの訪問です。
ミニ会席料理は2400円くらいです。
全体的に蕎麦の香りがするコースでした。
だし巻き玉子は、お出汁の香りがよくフワフワな食感
ソバがきは、ザ！ソバがきです。モッチモッチツルツルのソバがきです
海老天ぷらの衣が、蕎麦の実で、ガシッ食感、噛んだ瞬間蕎麦粉の香りが鼻にぬけます
蕎麦は十割蕎麦 ツルツルで歯ごたえが良い
デザートのアイスは蕎麦アイス サッパリして、もう一個いけます
蕎麦三昧でした。
