質量ともにハイレベル
成田からもう少し車を走らせ住宅街にあるレストラン。
コースメニューは提示されるが、メニューにない品が結構出てくる。
また提供の前に食材を見せてくれるので、タコやスッポンなどが生きている状態で出てきて数十分後料理が出てくるという演出が子供には良い。
コースは12000円くらいの1本のみで、質量共に都内のお店にも遜色なくコスパという意味では凌駕すらしている。
いくつか特徴的だったものを。
伊勢海老ボイルと味噌と頭を砕いたソースとパスタ。
これは海老の風味と味噌が少量のパスタに絡んで濃厚で美味しい。
スッポンの蒸しパン。
中華街で出てきそうなお饅頭。
タコとメロン
斬新な組み合わせだったが、コース内では一番美味しかったかも。タコは吸盤と足で調理法を分けており、足は軽く炭火で炙ってあるため香ばしい。メロンはいわゆるメロンではないがメロンの風味と甘味のバランスがよい。
岩牡蠣のリゾット
牡蠣が濃厚でかなりガツンとくる。牡蠣が好きなら間違いない。
マコガレイのボイルとセンマイ和え
これも美味かった。
鮑とキノコのソテー
鮑そのものが美味しいのでいうことはなく肝ソースもよい。加えてキノコのが肉厚で食べ応えがありまた鮑のソースとバランスがよい。
ウナギのリゾット
まずウナギそのものが脂がありかなり美味しいもの。
白焼きでウナギの特徴は生かしながらイタリアンの要素がマッチして逸品。美味しい。
それ以外全体的にどれ美味しく金額もお得なので人気の理由もよくわかる名店。

The quality of the food, the quantity, the service, the value for money, the overall satisfaction of this restaurant is quite high. The only weakness is that it is difficult to get to. On this day, there were dishes I had never seen before, such as a dish of octopus and bamboo shoots, and spiny lobster in chili pepper, and they were consistently delicious and impressive. It is also one of the few restaurants where you can get the kingly experience of being full of delicious food to the point that you feel like you can't eat any more.
