ロース・海老ランチ（1,485円）を注文。
味噌汁は豚汁と赤出汁から選択するようで赤出汁にした。
12:12到着。
ロースは、肉が柔らかく美味しいが、衣の剥がれやすいタイプである。
甘辛2種のソースで食べ進む。
もちろんからしもつけて。
海老はこぶりだけど、プリっとした食感で、タルタルとの相性は、当然良い。
赤出汁は、味噌だけでなく出汁が確り主張していて、個人的に好みである。
そして、このお店、ご飯をペシペシではなくふわっとついでいる。
なかなか、やらない芸当。
