遅い夕飯を食べに立ち寄ったのは、旭のメインストリート126号沿いの哲平本店。
人気という味噌ラーメンを注文。
見た目からして、かなりのボリューム。
ますはスープから。
味噌はあっさり目ですが、にんにくがいい塩梅で効いてます。薄くも濃くもない、絶妙といえば絶妙といえるのか？
具は野菜中心。てんこ盛りのシャキシャキのもやし、これが新鮮で美味い。
わかめが入るあたり、海が近いせいか。個性的でよいです。
チャーシューは、厚切りで味のよくしみ込んだ固めのタイプ。
背脂ぶち込んだような濃厚な味噌ラーメンに慣れていると、ちょっと物足りないかも知れませんが、昔の味噌ラーメンといったらこんなシンプルな感じだったなあと逆に新鮮。油っこくないので、量はありますが、変に胃もたれしないのもいいですね。
