I've passed by often before, but I've never been inside. I didn't go in because I had the impression that it was an expensive Japanese restaurant, but I decided to try it this time. It feels like a Japanese family Japanese-style meal with completely private rooms and no Family restaurant. The price is not as expensive as I expected. However, if you order a side menu, the price will rise unexpectedly. I went to a safe place for pork cutlet and sashimi. The wait time was shorter than I expected and we arrived within 10 minutes. I think the sashimi is okay. It's not as fresh as Yuzu Niwa, but it's fresh sashimi with a sweetness to it. If you eat raw shrimp at a poorly made restaurant, it's fishy and disgusting, but the sweetness here is delicious. The tonkatsu has a crispy coating and juicy meat.The ratio of oil to lean meat is about 1:4, which is very good. The fat is sweet and has a melt-in-your-mouth texture. You don't often find such high-quality pork cutlets around here. The miso soup tastes good too. At a set restaurant, the taste of the miso soup might get stuck in your throat, but the miso soup here is so elegant that it goes right down your throat and you won't choke even if you drink it all at once. It's been a while since I've had a drink at a restaurant like this. It was a set meal that was of high quality and tasted good overall. However, after all, pork cutlet has a heaping amount of cabbage and mayonnaise! If the mustard doesn't come in a bag and you don't knead it properly, the enjoyment of tonkatsu will be cut in half. Well, it can't be helped since it's not a pork cutlet specialty store.
