日曜の昼に行きました。友人と焼肉の話をしていたらどうにも焼肉脳になり、食べログで探します。近くの焼肉清左ヱ門さんは昼営業は無し。少し東金方面に行ったこちら、せいざえもん別館に行ってみました。
12時過ぎの訪問で4割位かな、ガラガラではなかったですよ。
早速自分は黒ラベル生(490円税別)、運転手の友人はパインスカッシュ(250円税別)を注文です。
次に、上タン塩(1,280円税別)、厚切り上ハラミ(990円税別)、上カルビ(890円税別)とキムチ盛り合せ(630円税別)、和牛ユッケ(690円税別)、ごはん(中)(200円税別)も注文しました。
タレは2種、タン塩用にカットレモンも付いてきました。
キムチは少し水っぽい。んー、まあ、こんなもんかな。
タン塩は脂の乗りが凄い。ジューシーです。
カルビは逆に脂は少ないですね。
ハラミは厚切りですが少し固いので普通の厚さが良いかも。
ユッケは友人に食べられたので分かりませんがうまいうまいと言ってました。
黒ラベル生を追加。
併せて厚切りハラミと上カルビ、レバー(499円税別)も追加。友人はごはんの追加もしてました。
レバーはごく普通。まあうまいです。
最後に上タン塩を友人が頼んでました。彼の流儀はタン塩〆なんだそうです。
なんだかんだと食べて満腹となりました。ご馳走様。
