2月土曜午前、前々から気になっていたラーメン屋さんを回ろうとコチラ、澪つくしさんを突撃。開店10分前に到着、待ち1名、そのあと3名並びました。開店してカウンター席に座り、順番にオーダーを確認。おじさんはこってり中華そば880円を中太麺の大盛（120円）で味玉（120円）トッピングそれとチャーシュー丼（350円）をオーダー。10分しないで中華そばが着丼、それからしばらくしてチャーシュー丼が着丼。ラーメンは背脂浮いてこってり感満載で大きなチャーシューにメンマ、岩海苔、なるとネギ。中太麺はモチモチで良いのですが背脂浮かせたからかスープの味が油でよくわからん。良くも悪くもなく結果としておじさんには今一つとなってしまった。ニボだく中華そばか中華そば薄口醤油をオーダーしておけば良かったと後悔。チャーシュー丼はチャーシューに甘辛ダレを染み込ませたもんでラーメンのチャーシューは美味かったがこっちはそこまで感じなかった。ごちそうさまでした。
