仕事で東金に来たついでに最近オープンし、食べログでも高評価されている伊勢えびスープを売りにしたラーメン屋さんに来ました。
券売機で食券を先に購入して店内へ
お店一推し『特製伊勢えび出汁中華蕎麦（塩味）』1,400円を購入しました。
先客が多く提供まで少し待ち。
完成です。
店内は特にえび臭さもなくスープから匂うエビの香りも感じません。
しかしスープを一口飲むと、ただのエビじゃない！間違いなく伊勢海老の風味だ(^O^)
これは美味いスープだ（＾∇＾）
特製にしたので鶏チャーシューと豚チャーシューが各2枚、エビのつみれ団子が2個、長葱と海苔が上品に盛り付けられていてビュジュアルも良いです♪
麺は全粒粉のような細麺で、ラーメンでも蕎麦でもない伊勢えびのスープによく馴染むように考えられた美味い極細麺でした。
普通だったら口がスープの味と香りに馴染んでしまい、エビの風味が薄れるんですが、このスープは完食するまでずーっとえび風味でした。
北海道の有名えびラーメンも好きですが、この店の伊勢えびスープも好きになりました（╹◡╹）
また食べに来たいです。
