I really like the cream pasta sauce here, so for lunch I ordered the cream pasta with scallops and mushrooms. The C set is a great deal as it comes with 3 types of appetizers, salad, soup, bread, dessert, and drink ✨ The first salad that comes out is easy to eat because it has finely chopped tomatoes and bacon ✨ The dressing is also delicious ✨ Next Appetizers include kiwi and Prosciutto with balsamic sauce and caprese ✨ Pork rillettes are delicious ✨ The bread comes with extra virgin olive oil, so I ate it with oil or rillettes ✨ The soup with fresh onions and potatoes is also delicious ✨ Chewy The piping hot pasta is perfectly boiled, and the rich, rich flavor of the sauce, which is full of the umami of the scallops, is so delicious✨ There are also lots of scallops and mushrooms. I had the Locorotondo course. I was looking forward to this course as it was said to be an homage to Trattoria Albero, a famous restaurant in Chiba. I was so excited when I saw the 7 appetizer platter and organic vegetable salad that came out first. The appetizers will satisfy your desire to eat a variety of small portions, such as Shizuoka bonito cutlets, roast beef, smoked duck with apples and balsamic sauce, and smelt escabeche, all of which are elaborate, beautiful to look at, and extremely delicious. The clam chowder made with beef and aromatic vegetables has a hearty taste and is delicious with a strong beef flavor. I love the cream pasta with 6 types of mushrooms and the cream sauce from this restaurant. It's smooth and rich, and the texture and flavor of the mushrooms make it even more delicious. The young chicken confit cooked at a low temperature was very soft and had a concentrated flavor, and the anchovy butter made it even more delicious. The final dessert was tea Gelato, chocolate gateau, and tiramisu, and since it was my birthday, the shop served me panna cotta.
