(Visited on September 29, 2023) This restaurant opened with the concept of casually serving A5 rank Japanese black beef Yakiniku (Grilled meat) with one roaster for each person. When I visited the restaurant at 4 o'clock in the evening, it was empty, so I went straight in. The restaurant has an open, bright, and casual atmosphere, and there are counter seats and table seats.The counter seat has a roaster for one person only, and the table seat has two roasters. Orders are placed using the tablets provided at each seat. It seems that lunch time will be open until 5pm, so I ordered the lunch-only ``Three Types of Yakiniku (Grilled meat) Set'' and ``Drinkable Hamburg Set (Japanese-style grated ponzu sauce)''. The three-piece platter includes 40g of short ribs, 40g of lean pork loin, and 80g of umami skirt steak. The short ribs and loin tasted like A5 rank Japanese black beef, but the skirt steak was a bit disappointing... The drinkable Hamburg, which can be said to be a specialty of this place, is similar to the one I had in Funabashi before, and as the name suggests, it has a new Hamburg that is soft enough to drink. The downside is that it takes a long time, but I think it's a dish worth eating. This is a new restaurant where you can enjoy Yakiniku (Grilled meat) whenever and however you like, whether you're alone or with a family, for lunch or dinner, so I hope it continues for a long time, even though Unimo has a lot of turnover.
