石臼挽き自家製粉の手打ち蕎麦店
国産蕎麦を使用した九割蕎麦がうり。蕎麦をはもちろん料理に使用する水は逆浸透膜浄水器を使用し素材の味を大切に調理しています。店内はゆったりしていて、バリアフリーなので車椅子でも安心です。トイレももちろん車椅子対応です。 |
木更津に行った際に教えてもらった蕎麦屋に訪問。
予約してから行ったが、店内は誰もいなくて予約なしでも平日は大丈夫かも。
季節限定きのこそば 1200円ぐらい
しっかりした蕎麦に満足。
きのこは大したことなかったが、汁は美味しかった。
蕎麦と汁のバランスが良く、ローカルならではの蕎麦屋さんです。
