【1970年創業。本格的な九州ラーメンを提供する老舗人気店】
木更津プチ遠征2軒目
地元の方々からの支持も厚い、創業50年越えの老舗ラーメン店です。
今回注文した人気メニューの“長崎ちゃんぽん”は、塩味キリッと本場らしい臭みをほんのり香らせるあっさり豚骨スープに、クタッとなるまで炒められた野菜炒めをたっぷり乗せたボリューム満点な一杯✨
麺はふにゅと柔らかめに茹でられた中太丸麺で、スープの吸いも抜群
食べやすい食感も相まって、噛めば噛むほど甘味ある味わいが滲み出る野菜と共に思わずバクバクと一心不乱にかき込みたくなる美味しさです✨
本場仕込みのちゃんぽんのクオリティはもちろんですが、個人的に最も心打たれたのが店員さんたちの心のこもった接客と店内の温かい雰囲気
逐一気さくに声をかけてくれる、おそらく創業者?のお父様が中心となり、活気のあるアットホームな店内が作り上げられていく光景は圧巻です✨
50年という長い年月、まさに愛されるべくして愛されているんだなぁとしみじみ思わせてくれる、記憶にはっきりと刻み込まれる素敵なお店でした☺️
