お昼前に蕎麦をすすりたくなり、以前より食べログの諸先輩方の記事をチェックしていたこちらのお店に寄らせていただきました。
お店はかなり大きく、比例して駐車場も広々。
少し暗いかなーという照明で、カウンターと小上がり・座敷があるお店。
店内は古くも清潔にされているご様子。
カウンターへ座り、
冷たい蕎麦と小丼のセット=たまご丼
を注文。
既に店内は多くのお客さんがいるのに 全然待たずに到着。
蕎麦はしっかりと冷たくしめられて 噛みごたえのたる乱切りまではいかないが 少し不規則で強いコシのある蕎麦。
とっても美味しいですが、新そばの時期に また来たいですね！
つゆも節がしっかりと効いているけどしょっぱく無くおいしです。
量もたくさん盛り付けられており、セットメニューでもお蕎麦をしっかり楽しめます。
たまご丼はお出汁の効いた玉ねぎや蒲鉾などはいった丼です。
たまごの味を味わえる様にか、味付けは甘くそして塩分は強くありません。サラサラと最後まで頂けます。
驚いたのはお吸い物です。このパターンって味噌汁ですが、お出汁の香りと味が和ませてくれます。
オープン間もないからか、蕎麦湯はまだ若かったですが、良いお店です。
冷たいお茶にすら優しさを感じました。
