週末の午後４時過ぎ頃、営業中のお店を検索すると、以外と土日祝は、通し営業されているお店も多く、今日はこちらに伺いました。
店前の駐車場は1〜2台置ける程度でしたが、目の前に「畑沢スーパーマーケット」があり、買物もあったのでそちらに駐車し、入店。
こんな時間もあり、先客０、カウンターに着座、店内テーブル席も数席ある。
メニューより、牡蠣みそラーメン¥1090を注文。
店主のお母さんらしき方が、１人で調理されているようで、カウンター脇の調理場にて中華鍋を振るいながら調理され、数分で着丼。
スープは、野菜と味噌の甘みの効いたㇲープでしたが、頂いていると割とピリッと辛みを感じるㇲープ。牡蠣は何粒か入っていましたが、スープ迄牡蠣感が無かったのは残念。
トッピングでチャーシューを追加すれば良かったのかもしれないが、野菜が豊富に入り、メンマ、キクラゲとかなりボリュームはあり、久し振りの味噌ラーメンを堪能出来ました。
