房総へのおでかけ２日目 ⑥
今回の房総にお出かけした訳だが、べらぼうに遠い所でもないので、１泊でも十分。
でも、今回、２泊にしたのは、ちょっと面白そうなこのホテルがあったから。
２泊とも地魚を頂くというのもつまらない。
２泊するなら、変わった料理が食べられるなら、だな。
そこで、帰り道方面に、マレーシア料理が食べられるこのホテルを発見。
ということで２泊の旅に。
ホテルの名前は「パプリカホテルです。」。
その中にあるレストランが、この「パプリカ」。
３階建てのホテルですが、居心地もよく、いいホテルでした。
ベッドは大きなシモンズベッドで心地よく寝れました。
お風呂もかなり大きい。快適です。
夕食は、レストランで。
コース料理は次のとおり。
・フレッシュサラダ ルンダンソース添え
ソースが確かにおいしい
・チキンベジタブル トムヤンスープ
大味のトムヤンではなく、繊細なトムヤン
・チキンルンダン
当店の名物のよう。このまま食べてみると凡庸なお味でしたが、
「サンバル」という調味料をつけて食べると、あらうま！
緑色のサンバルが辛いサンバルで、これをつけると一気に発汗！！
辛うまい。
・ミーフン
これ、めちゃうまかったです。いくらでも食べられる感じ。
辛くはないんだけど、独特のスパイシーさがあります。
・デザート、コーヒー
上記のコース料理以外に、サービスで、ソフトシェルクラブ（揚げ）、そしてモモ、バナナジュースが付いてきました。
ソフトシェルクラブ、タルタルをつけてかぶりついて頂きましたが、柔らかくていい感じでした。
その他、追加で、マレーシア風味のエビチリをオーダー。
コースだけだと物足りないかなと思って追加しましたが、サービス料理もあるので、コースだけでも十分な感じでした。
ビールは、タイガービールとチャンビールを。
朝食は、私はロティジャラチーズを。妻はおかゆを。
ロティジャラチーズは、辛いソースと甘いソースがついていて、交互に頂きましたが、これも初めてのお味。コントラストがいいです。
おかゆは、さっぱり。塩気は少なく、上品でした。
お料理は大味な感じなのかなと思いきや、割と繊細。
さすが、マレーシアの５★ホテルのシェフの料理です。
ここは、また来てもいいな。大満足。
でも、木更津にはなかなか用事が無いね（笑）
