木更津中心街のお店が水曜定休だったり午後の休憩に入ってしまい、
昼食を諦めて館山方面へ向かう途中に
発見し入店。
地元の魚が食べたかったので、ちょっと違うかなと思いなからも入店して聞いてみると、新鮮な鯵あるとの事。
ランチメニューにあった鯵ユッケ丼を見ながらも、鯵フライと鯵のお刺身が食べたいと話すと、メニューには無い鯵のお刺身、フライのセットにして頂けました。
届くと、お刺身には切り身と大葉とのたたきとなめろう、それにフライ、味噌汁はクロダイの実入り。
食べると鯵が新鮮でとても美味しい。
鯵本来の味を楽しめました。
そして、価格は通常のランチ定食が1000円のところに特別メニューで作って頂いたのに、なんと1100円！
僕が住んでいる埼玉県鴻巣市に住んでいた事があるという店主さんに、
こんなに安くて良いのですかと聞くと、
「これも出逢いですから」と、、、
思い出に残る”鯵づくし定食“のなりました。
