南房総の複合観光施設ザ･フィッシュ内のバウムクーヘン工房『見波亭』。人気はモンドセレクション最高金賞受賞の【のこぎり山バウムクーヘン】。農林水産大臣賞受賞の地卵＆低温殺菌牛乳をふんだんに使い、ドイツ伝統のレシピで焼き上げました。濃厚な卵の風味と、しっかりした食感、口どけの良さで、リピーターやファンの多い人気のバウムクーヘン。 |
土曜日の13時頃、店内や周辺のお店は混雑していましたが、こちらのカフェスペースは誰もおらず、貸し切り状態でした。（たまたま？）
お土産用のバームクーヘンと、ノコギリマウンテンコーヒー（アイス）、濃厚こがしチーズバウム、プリンを注文。こがしバウムは温めできるとのことでお願いしました。
旅行の小休止に良かったです。
翌日行った木更津アウトレットにも店舗があったので、お土産はそちらでもよかった（笑）
