At Issa, we pursue deliciousness, are particular about the water we use, and have researched buckwheat husks, so although the taste is not the same as it was in the past, we hope you will enjoy the soba, food, and drinks while feeling the atmosphere and mood in our old-fashioned house with hearth seats.
