We are proud of our reasonably priced, high-quality chicken sashimi and our delicious, fragrant grilled skewers! Our ramen topped with thickly sliced homemade char siu is also a popular dish. We also |
I've been interested in this restaurant for a while now. Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) looks a bit intimidating, but he was kind when I talked to him. After ordering the oolong highball, I pondered the menu...! Hmm? Since it was my first time, I left the yakitori (sauce and salt) to the chef. Other had an Ittetsu salad. I guess he's confident because it's named after the restaurant. The salad that was served was a pork belly ginger salad? (lol) It was very filling. Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) (salt) was delicious with a little spicy miso to change the flavor. The heat was just right and the skewers were big, so I was full. Thank you for listening to my request for a strong highball (lol). The chef comes to the restaurant early to prepare the food. It seems that he prepares not only the skewers but also Ramen soup, so next time I'll order Ramen as a final dish.
