千倉の龍神さんにお伺いさせていただきました。
精肉店も兼業になっているようで、ラーメンに焼肉メニューも豊富。
駐車場は店舗前に4台、交差点付近で少し停め辛いです。
客席はテーブル席2卓と座敷が4卓。
平日の12時半ごろ、先客はなし。
卓上調味料は醤油、酢、ラー油、胡椒、七味。
初めてでしたので店名を冠するラーメンを口頭注文。
・龍神らぁめん(780円)
大きな器に注がれた鶏白湯のような白濁スープ。
豚骨醤油とのことですが至極あっさり。
動物系の印象は弱めでライト。
カエシも控えめで背脂もしつこくはありません。
魚介の風味はそこまで感じませんでした。
麺は縮れた中太麺。
歯応えの残る茹で加減。
熟成肉を使用したチャーシューは柔らか。
他のトッピングはメンマ、海苔、ネギ。
一般的な豚骨醤油とは一線を画す一杯。
意外にもあっさりいただけました。
精肉店ならではの肉料理も美味しそうですね。
味の好みは十人十色。
