「上一万駅」からすぐ「六時屋 本店」さんに伺いました。とても立派な建物です。
実は昨日、「六時屋 道後店」さんに伺ったのですが、折角の旅なので本店にも入ってみました。
昔ながらの甘味処といった感じの内観です。
「タルトセット」を注文。飲み物はコーヒーです。
こちらのタルトの原材料を見てみると砂糖・卵・小麦粉・手亡豆・小豆・柚子・水飴・蜂蜜となっていました。手亡豆は白いんげん豆の事です。小豆は北海道産との事。しかもすだれを使って１本１本丁寧に巻き上げていると書かれていました。
手間がかかるので、店舗数を増やさないのでしょうか？
せめて物産展などでお目にかかりたいものだと思いました。（出されているかもしれませんが、私は出会ったことがないので・・・）
珈琲はこちらの方が美味しかった。深煎りなので、このタルトにあいました。
