松山名物の鯛めしを食べました。
タレに入っている生卵を溶いて、鯛のお造りをぶちこみます。
ご飯に薬味を乗せ、鯛を乗っけます。
美味しい鯛でした。
好みの問題ですが、私は鯛は刺身でそのまま食べた方が好きです。
