愛媛県松山市二番町にあります、すし丸本店さんに御邪魔しました。
昔は某航空会社の機内食に採用されていた名店でございます。
正直若干味は落ちたなという印象でございます。
箱は大きく、1階と二階で150名は入るのではないかと思われる巨大なスペース。
昔と変わらない着物のおかみさんが出迎えます。おそらく過ごしやすい素晴らしい仕事環境なんでしょう。まったく数年前とスタッフが変わりません。
宴会需要が多いので活気がございますね。
お決まりの鮨御膳を注文します。
ネタは大きくしゃりもそこそこありボリュームには満足。
値段もありますが、アナゴ、うなぎあたりはもう少し力を入れていいのかなと思う印象。
はまちも1年を通して強い。養殖も強いし、ゼンゴ付けて海に放り込めば、
たちまち宇和海があるので釣れますので、いずれにしてもそりゃ強いんですけど。
すし丸さんは昔からマグロには強く、鯛めしとマグロならば寄っても面白い店。
すしのお決まりも安い。
