松山のそばはそば吉というのが定番だと思います。
しっかり店内で手打ちしたキリッとした麺に、カツオ香るしっかりしただし、天婦羅もパリパリで大きめな天婦羅。
行くと必ず天婦羅セット冷たい蕎麦を頼みます。
四国はうどん文化であまりそばは馴染み無さそうですか、やはり健康のためにはそば！うどんよりも蕎麦を食べましょう！
やはりうどん文化のせいか最後の楽しみ蕎麦湯の文化はあまりないようで。残す方が多いようにも思います。
