老舗焼肉屋で柔らかい肉とふんわり海鮮チヂミを食す　土橋 : Dobashi

This is a long-established Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurant that has been in business for 59 years. We made a reservation for the night and went there for the first time in a long time. It was the first time since the restaurant was renovated and cleaned up. My partner also said it was the first time. First, we both toasted with green tea (iced). I also had green tea (iced) for the second cup. It has a strong flavor and I like it. My partner had Calpis for the second cup. We also ordered various Yakiniku (Grilled meat) and Seafood dishes. I ordered rice (large) and my partner ordered rice (medium). We also ordered a 3-kind kimchi platter, so the rice went down well. The sauce here is also light and delicious. We had a 3-kind kimchi platter, with baechugimchi (Chinese cabbage), oi kimchi (cucumber), and kakuteki (radish). All of them had a slight sour taste and were delicious. I mainly ate kakuteki and my partner ate baechugimchi. The top skirt steak is moist, tender and delicious. The special rib is marbled and meltingly tender. My partner also really liked it. The special loin (sirloin) has a fine texture and a melting taste. It has a slight sweetness. My partner also really liked it. The grilled vegetable platter includes cabbage, green peppers, carrots, king oyster mushrooms, pumpkin and onions. The texture is nice and crunchy. The shrimp is moist and tender, and the taste of the sauce is light and nice. My partner also liked it. The squid is moist, chewy and fragrant. The top tongue (salted) was asked whether I wanted it with sauce or salt, and I chose salt because I wanted it with lemon juice. It seems to be from Ehime Prefecture. It is soft and has a nice texture. Seafood chijimi, sauce is poured on top. There is plenty of squid tentacles and the dough is very fluffy. The dough is also infused with the flavor of the squid. It was a little spicy and appetizing. My partner also liked it a lot. I used a coupon to try the weekday-only recommended ice cream for dessert. It was roasted green tea ice cream. It was moist and had a great roasted green tea flavor. On the way out, I received green gum and peppermint candy. The bill for two people was 12,749 yen. Next time I'd like to try oxtail soup and kalbi soup.

友人と一緒に行きました。赤い外観は目立ちます。数回行ってます。関西っぽい焼き肉メニューです。
黒毛和牛です。バラをよく食べました。友人がこの店を昔から好きらしく連れてきてもらいました。
キムチのほどよい辛さでうまいしご飯とあいますよ。
タレは甘めでよかったです。値段も安めで腹一杯食べれますよ。
最初に行ったのが１５年以上前です。今のきれいな赤い建物が出来る前だったな。
それからメニューもいろいろ新しい物を取り入れ味を守ってます。
