平日のディナーで訪問。
老舗というのに店内が綺麗なのは、改装したとのこと。
店内は広く、席が半個室のようになっている。
ガラガラで空いていたけど、なんでだろう？
今回、上物や希少部位は頼んでいないのに、全ての肉質が良かった。
産地は確認していないけど、いい仕入れをしているのだろう。
