2013.06.09上海５つ星の極上 点心 豫園こんな店に行ってきました|グルメ|愛媛 おいしい店どうも 皆さん 今日も 閲覧ありがとうございます
今日は 愛媛にある 点心の店の紹介です。
上海の５つ星のホテルで１０年間 活躍したシェフが作る 点心専門の店。
それが なんと愛媛で食べることができるんです。

まずは 定番 焼き餃子から
パリッと焼かれた 香ばしい皮。ジューシーな肉汁と 旨みたっぷりの肉。めちゃ 旨です。たまりませんね
次は 水晶餃子 中は海老。見た目も 綺麗です。つるんとした 食感。中の海老はプリッとして ほんと美味しい。
次は ワンタン
これは 普通。出汁がそんなに味わい深くない。あっさりした味わい。う～ん
春巻きは ほんとパリパリッ 中の餡も ほんと旨みが濃い。たまりませんな～
次は 餅米入り 蒸し餃子 中は ほんともちもちの蒸し米。初めての味ですね～
ちまきに味付けが 似ているかな。美味しいですね～(-^〇^-)
お待ちかね 小龍包♪ 中から 肉汁あふれますよ～うわぁあああって感じです
火傷注意ですね～
最後は デザート。杏仁豆腐は なめらかで美味しい。
ゴマ団子は アツアツ。中が ゴマの餡なのが ほんと美味しい。香りが 全然違うんですよ(*^▽^*)
ホント どれも 美味しくて 感動しっぱなしでした。後、麺類とか炒飯とかのメニューあれば ほんと最強なんですけどね～。
