本日はこちらへ。
商店街を北に向かって歩き、大通りを渡ると到着しました。松山では人気の和菓子屋さんになります。和菓子屋さんと言っても、昔ながら、と言うよりは、今時な感じのお店。
さて、このお店で特に人気の大福をいただくことに。1個単位から購入出来、尚且つ店内でもいただけるとのことで、店内で。
・霧の森大福 1個 195円/税込
大福1個でも、冷たいお茶付きでおもてなし。
抹茶パウダーがたっぷり塗された大福は、しっかりと抹茶の香りや渋みが残った味わい。大福自体モチモチで柔らかく、いわゆる生大福的な食感。中には生クリームと餡子、甘過ぎず、いくつでも食べたくなるような軽さでした。
