Lunch course in a private room with a calm atmosphere. The hors d'oeuvres are horse mackerel escabeche, Prosciutto The duck is served with beetroot sauce, and the amberjack with orange sauce. The colors are beautiful and gorgeous. After a toast with beer, we have a bottle of white wine. We can choose between salty turnip or sweet pumpkin soup. Both have a refined taste and are comforting. The fish dish is sea bream and scallops. The sauce is probably vinaigrette... a classic! Meat Dishes is sirloin Steak, lean meat with red wine sauce.
