某金曜の夜、久しぶりに大福を訪れました。20時頃に入店したのですが、家族連れが多かったです。
掘りごたつ式の席につき、「満腹大盛り(2980円)」という肉の盛り合わせ、大福直営農場から届いているという「つつみな菜(480円)」、「キムチ盛り(580円)」、そして白ご飯をオーダー。
「満腹大盛り」は、大福カルビを始めとした肉類＆焼き野菜という、ハズレの無い王道大皿。どの肉も美味しくいただけましたが、中でも特筆すべきなのが「とんトロ」です。一見するとねぎタン塩焼きのようなビジュアルですが、すんごいアッサリしていながら、深い味わい。クチに広がる風味がたまりませんッ。超オススメなので、是非お試しあれッッ!!!!
「キムチ盛り」はいろいろ入っていましたが、きゅうりに豆もやしを挟み込んだオイキムチが特に美味でした。ご飯が進む一品♪
また、テーブルに備え付けてある３種類のタレですが、改めて大福の質の高さを確認できました。私は沢山のお肉をサッパリ食べたいので、いつもレモン汁のタレが重宝しています。大福にも当然レモンだれが存在するのですが、コチジャンを使用した辛口みそだれの方が圧倒的に美味しくて、そればかり使ってしまいました。程好いコッテリ感で、マイルドな辛さでした。これまた、ご飯が進みそう。好みは人それぞれなので、全種試して自分に合うたれを探すことをオススメします。
これだけ注文しておきながらも大食いな私は「イマイチ満腹というほどでも？？」と内心思っていたのですが、席を立つと意外に腹がキンキンになってることに気付きました。それだけ軽ぅ〜く食べられたということでしょうか。
食後に熱いお茶をサービスしてくれるのも、嬉しい気遣いでした。焼き肉という一戦を交えた後の１杯のお茶。ズルズルすすっていると、ホントにホッと出来ました。ってか、最後に水分取らせて満腹度を高める作戦かも知れませんが…(笑)。
毎月29日は文字通り、肉の日。食事総額の30％を金券にして還元してくれるとの事。リピ狙い企画ですが、利用してみるのも良いかと♪
