13時オープンと、
食べログの情報よりも1時間遅く開店。
今はそうしているらしい。
愛媛県酒造組合直営の角打ちで、
県内中の酒造の、
それも
どこでも売っている様なものではない
レアなお酒まで、
試飲という形で、
角打ち出来てしまうのがウリ。
そんな中でも目を引くのが、
ANAの国際線のファーストクラスでの提供で、
一躍、全国区の酒造となった「石鎚」
そこから出ている。
「インテグラル」
というお酒。
720㎖のボトルで、
22,000円するんですよね！

で、試飲は50㎖で2,000円なんですよ。
いいじゃないですか！
と思って、
まずは石鎚の無濾過原酒、
試飲料700円をいただくと。
ほう！
なかなかに開封後、時間が経っておる！
そりゃそうか。
飲食店と違うし、
回転率そんなにないから酸化するか。
と納得し、
インテグラルにも日和りました。
おつまみなども、
あって、立ち飲みスタイルといえど、
昼過ぎからされているので、
お酒をお土産に狙っている方には、
少し立ち寄って、
色々試すには良いかもしれないし、
日本酒好きさんは、
待ち合わせ前に、
軽く1杯。
