非常にわかり易い笑
コースはじめの郷土料理ふくめんは色鮮やかさもあり、個人的に好きなものが詰まっていてサッパリと美味しかったです。
また印象に残ってるのは、瀬戸内のお造り3種。
鯛、ハマチ、さよりの鮮度が高く、どれも美味しかった。
宇和島の鯛めしは噛みごたえのある弾力と病みつきになるであろう甘めのタレと卵黄が相性抜群。
