◆松山鯛めしランチ(税込1650円)
宇和島鯛めしランチは鯛のお刺身。松山鯛めしランチは鯛とご飯を一緒に炊いた料理。松山鯛めしは限定20食だそうなので、こちらに(限定品に弱いw)。
・本日の小鉢
→ 大根・こんにゃく・さやいんげんの煮物。大根は味が染み込んでる〜
・じゃこ天
→ 愛媛県南予地方の海岸部で作られる郷土料理。地魚などのすり身を油で揚げた魚肉練り製品。皮や骨も入っているから、ジャリジャリっとした口当たりが特徴。
・釜揚げちりめんサラダ
→ ちりめんじゃこがたっぷり!グリーンリーフや玉ねぎ、人参と一緒にさっぱりドレッシングで味付け。
・味噌汁
→ 油揚げや水菜、わかめの入ったお味噌汁。出汁が効いてておいしかったぁ〜
・松山鯛めし
→ 錦糸卵と青菜が添えられていて、鮮やか!鯛はふっくら柔らかい。出汁の効いたご飯がおいしい!鯛をほぐして混ぜながら食べると、ご飯に鯛の旨味も加わって、どんどんお箸が進むっ!
