結論から言えば、出されたものすべて美味しかったです。
酒の肴、握り、ひと手間加えて出されるんですけど、そのひと手間がいい仕事でした。何となく提供されるということは全くなかったし、ガリの代わりがたくあんを出され最初は？だったけどこれはこれでアリだと思いました。
お会計を考えたら妥当かと思うけど、東京だったらこのお会計では到底済まないような内容ではありました。
大将のお勧めを黙って食べていたらまず間違えないので、赤身、白身、口をさっぱりさせたいとおおまかに希望を伝えるといいものと出会えると思います。
