夜は居酒屋使いできて
松山のいろいろな名物が食べられます。
今回は〆のラーメンを目当てに伺いました。
ラーメンは中華そばというネーミングで
見た目はシンプルな感じだけど
スープは少し甘めながら出汁を感じます。。
チャーシューもじっくりと甘めのタレで
煮込まれています。
松山のラーメン屋さんでは
おでんが食べられるというのが特徴ということで
煮玉子の替わりにおでんのたまごと
巾着もちをオーダー。
こちらも少し甘めの出汁で煮込まれてます。
