地元松山の友人の行きつけのお店。
今回で２回目。
前回はほとんど食べていないので、しっかり食べるのは今回が初。
ここはなんと行っても、奥様が厳選された豊富なワインとご主人が作る料理が秀逸なお店です。
今日は車で来ていたので残念ながら大好きなお酒は飲めませんでした。
次回は絶対にお酒を飲みます。
でもノンアルメニューも豊富で、ビールはもちろんのこと、サングリアやスパークリングまであります。今日はノンアルスパークリングで飲んだ気分を味わいました。
このノンアルスパーリング、結構馬鹿にできなくて、甘さ控えめでちゃんと渋みもあって美味しい。
ノンアルスパークリングっていうと結構甘いイメージを持っていましたが覆されました。
料理の方は、お通しで生ハムが３種出てきて、これが美味しい。
そして今日は、野菜、パスタ、肉のおまかせにしました。
パスタは手間がかかっているのが一瞬でわかるほど丁寧に作られていました。
お肉は鴨肉を調理いただきましたが、柔らかくて臭みもまったくなく、鴨肉苦手な人でも食べられるんじゃないかと思うくらい美味しかったです。
お酒を飲んでないので、普通に食事して終わりって感じでしたが、もっといろいろ食べてみたいと思いました。
ノンアルとはいえ、一人３杯づつくらい飲んで、お会計は２人で10,000円弱。
4点をつけさせていただいた理由は、このコスパの良さとご夫婦の接客の素晴らしさとなります。
東京でこのクオリティだと今日の量的には、一人8,000円はくだらない気がしました。
また利用させていただきます。
