店の前は何度となく通るけど
寄ったことのなかったお店シリーズ？
結論は、町に根付いた？営業マンの拠り所？の中華。
クオリティは普通だが、とにかくボリューミー。
ただ、スープは塩辛い。
食堂中華でありがちなのは、近所のお店でもあるけど、
塩辛くなり過ぎること。
強い火を扱う中華だけに、店主が汗をかいて、
身体が塩分を求めるのか？塩辛く成る時がたまにある。
気を付けて欲しいものだ。。
