'23/12 日曜日のランチ時に地元の知人と二人で訪問｡P満車ながら､ほぼ一体化しているお隣さんの一台分を拝借し入店｡すぐに四人掛けに案内される｡｢釜めし｣をメインに据えた和洋折衷メニューが｢家族連れ｣を意識しているモノと見受けられオーダーはタッチパネルから｡｢牡蠣釜めし｣を+150円で｢釜めし刺身定食｣､知人は｢からあげ｣をチョイス｡注文を受けてから炊く関係上､そこそこ時間がかかるが回転はよく､また回転を支えるホールさんの動きも素早い｡ってことでほどなく提供｡牡蠣釜めしの牡蠣は小ぶりで見た目は残念だが香りはしっかりと香しく美味｡言うまでも無く刺身は引きたて｡茶碗蒸しも｢作り置き｣のような｢す｣が入ったモノではなく､ちゃんとしたモノ｡これだけの大函ながら繁盛しているのも納得する品々｡家族連れが待っていたりで､そこそこゆっくり､それでもサクッと完食して､お勘定｡
ごちそうさまでした!
