青春18きっぷ、松山の旅。
熱めの道後温泉で汗を流し、どこで冷えたビールを飲もうかと商店街周りのお店を物色。
Googleマップで非常に評価の高いこちらのお店を訪問することに。食べログとGoogleとインスタ、それぞれユーザー層が異なるのか全く評価が違うことがあります。
入店すると店内は半分以上埋まっています。めちゃくちゃ明るい女将さんが、めちゃくちゃ早口で焼き鳥の説明をしてくれます。
ほとんど分かりませんでしたが、初回の焼き鳥は紙に書いて渡すそう。ビールのオーダーは女将さんに。
お通しの玉ねぎの酢の物とキンキンに冷えたビールで、焼き鳥が焼けるのを待ちます。ちなみに、このお店は限定のキモ刺しが人気で、わざわざ県外から食べに来る方も多いそうです。（女将談）
常連客も新顔も隔たりなく明るく会話する女将さん。苦手な方もいそう。
串はねぎま・ぼんじり・皮・かしわ等を食べました。どれも美味しかったです。コロッケはタルタルソースがたっぷり！刻み玉ねぎのみの個性的なタルタルです。
楽しい時間でした。
