It's been about four years since I last worked in Matsuyama, and I went to "Ajisai" for lunch, a place I've been to a few times before. I ordered the "Ajisai Colorful Chicken Gozen," a limited edition of 30 servings, which features 12 Small dish dishes in a 12-section Sushi tub. It looks beautiful, but the portions are small, so it was elegant and delicious. There wasn't much rice either, so I was left feeling unsatisfied, with only half a serving.
