サムギョプサルが食べたくて行ってきました。
まずは飲み物。
サムギョプサルセットがあったので、それを二人前オーダー。
にんにくとキムチをまず焼いて、お肉を焼いたらごま油につけ、
にんにくとキムチをサンチュにお肉と共に、きなことかかけたりして
巻いて、甘いお味噌につけて食べる、ネギのキムチみたいなのも入れると
更に美味しさアップ！
気がつきましたが、焼肉の時は、自分はあまり焼きすぎるのは好きでは
ないけど、サムギョプサルのときは、よく焼きにしたほうが断然美味しい！！
文章に書くと、面倒くさそうですが、美味しさの前には、
この作業はさほど苦にならず、相方と会話もなくあまりの美味しさに
もくもくと食べていました（笑）
白菜キムチ。
ナムル。
特製ソースの唐揚げ。
玉子スープ。
普通に美味しい(・∀・)
チーズトッポギ
トッポギは好きでよくお取り寄せしていましたが
トッポギソースが結構凝った味付けで
それにチーズが上にのっているという感じの料理です。
甘くて辛い、御菓子みたいな感じでした(・∀・)
結構ボリュームあったけど、2人で食べるとあっという間。
鉄板鍋。
まず、野菜セットを頼んだら、それに肉類は好きなのを選んで
トッピングという注文の仕方。自分たちはホルモンとかしわを選びました。
コンロでぐつぐつやって、出汁のもとや、薄いスープみたいなものや、唐辛子
などを、自分たちの好きな味付けにすることができるので嬉しい。
これは1つずつしか頼まなかったけど結構ボリュームありました。
出汁の味は、醤油味のもつ鍋の味とほぼ同じな印象で食べやすかったです。
焼肉で豚肉が食べたくなったので、豚バラと芋豚肩ロースを1人前ずつ。
三種類のタレがあって、ネギ、塩、タレがきます。
どれもが美味しかったけど、自分たちが気に入ったのは
いも豚肩ロースの豚肉の方で、値段が同じだから、今度からは
いも豚肩ロースでいいね、と話しました。
タレ味にしたのだけど、美味しかったです。
豚足。
茹でたてで、食べやすく切ってあって美味しい。
こちらは塩と酢味噌。
最近、お財布に優しいお店に行き慣れているせいかこちらのお店は
普通の焼き肉屋さんのお値段だなという感じです。
相方と話しましたが、ダントツ、サムギョプサルが美味しかったんで
次行くときは最初から最後までサムギョプサルでいきたいねと
いうことになりました。
サムギョプサル、お勧めです。
