近所の焼肉屋アンニョンへ家族で行きました。
食べ盛りの息子たちに好きなものを頼めと言うと
とんでもない勘定になるので、肉はファミリーセットで流し、
あまり他の店では食べられないメニューを追加します。
鉄板鍋はもやしやキャベツ・ニラなどの山盛りの野菜の上に肉やモツを載せて出てきます。
焼肉のタレと粉唐辛子かけて、野菜がしんなりしたらコチジャンを溶いていただきます。
野菜をワシワシとたくさん食べられて美味いです。
家でも簡単にできそうです。
チーズチヂミも美味かったです。
