ランチで訪問。当店おすすめメニューの海老味噌つけ麺を味玉トッピングでオーダー。麺量は並盛り。
麺の上に桜海老が乗って登場。スープからは海老出汁の濃厚な香りが広がる。ひと口すすると口中に海老の風味と旨味が充満して旨い。
麺は中細のちぢれ麺で、加水率低めな食感がスープに馴染んでいい感じ。
スープと麺のバランスはマッチしているが、チャーシューとワカメは海老の風味を活かしきれていない印象的。味玉は旨い。
