松山はコナ文化です。お好み焼きはポピュラーでお好み焼きを半分に折りたたんだ三津浜焼きもありますねー
なので本日はお好み焼きで締めます（＾∇＾）
11時35分に入店、一番乗りです。
カウンターに座り、芋の水割りを一口頂いてから（豚・エビ玉）をお願いしました。
目の前が鉄板でLive感が満載です！
メニューを見てたら牡蠣のメニューが沢山あり（牡蠣のベーコン巻き）も注文。
これまた目の前で調理が始まります。
お食事と言うものは食べるだけでは無く、調理をしてる所を見て楽しむのも非常に良いなぁ〜と感じました！！！
とても美味しく頂きましたm(_ _)m
後続の方は地元の方達で、（チャンポン）を食べてました。
次回の機会があればこれかな？
と思い松山を後にします。
