かつて松山で一六タルトを購入した懐かしさから
ほとんど衝動買いや。
一六栗ロール 698円(税別)
二晩冷蔵庫に寝かせるw
翌々日に実食。
休日やから時間を自由に使えるな。
まずはモンブラン部分から。
だって外側なんだもんw
甘さも上品。
くどくない。
そして真ん中の餡に到達。
甘さの質が異なるので、合わさると面白い。
そしてカステラの生地も好みのタイプ。
一六タルトもモンブランも好きなので
これは買って正解やった鴨。
