■一六銘菓セット¥540（税込）
四国を代表する銘菓「一六タルト」で知られ、愛媛県内にかなりの店舗数を誇る『一六本舗』の2階にある食事処&カフェ、『一六茶寮』。道後温泉本館を眺められるロケーションがよく、眼前にできる窓際の席はひときわ人気。
鍋焼きうどんといった食事メニューから、看板の一六タルトまで。「一六タルト」と「坊ちゃん団子」のセットになった「一六銘菓セット」をお抹茶で注文。
8〜9分で到着。「一六タルト」は、四国名菓で、愛媛県産の柚子とこしあんをやわらかなスポンジで巻いた伝統的菓子。こちらのタルトは、もっちりした生地に柚子の風味が豊かなのが特徴的。もうひとつの松山銘菓「坊ちゃん団子」。福岡県の八女抹茶をふんだんに使用した抹茶餡、卵黄をたっぷり使った黄身餡、口あたりの柔らかい小豆餡の三色団子。お餅よりも、いずれも餡の存在感が強い。
タルトと団子、名物を一度に味わえてお抹茶まで付いて¥540。これは安い。松山銘菓を一度に味わいたい、ズボラな方にはぴったりのお店です。
